Your facilitator Thea, will support you to expand your potential, rapidly let go of stress, tension, unexpressed emotions, and embrace a mind-body approach for accelerated transformation.
Over time you will be empowered to dissolve limiting beliefs, gain a deeper self-connection, and access more life force and creativity.
After years of inner work, I realised that mindset work alone wasn’t a solution to transformation. By taking a whole mind-body approach to transformation, everything began to accelerate with more ease and flow.

what makes our group sessions different?
Mount Lawley Studio
You are lead and facilitated by experienced, certified breathwork practitioners, every single session!
Sessions are intimate in capacity, making it a safe and supportive environment.
Equipment is supplied (Yoga Mats, Bolsters, and Pillows).
Extended integration period is included, giving you time to rest, relax and reflect on your session.
We don’t use headphones. Music is played over a sound system, ensuring you are comfortable and free to move.
Sessions are intuitively lead and aren’t scripted. We like to go with the flow and encourage questions and conversation.
Sharing circle is optional - we never force you to share, but we are always open to hold space for you when you are ready.
Personal Post-Session Check-in with Thea to ensure you have support after the session.
Sessions are affordable. We also offer discounted packages and early bird pricing for every reoccurring event.
